Lemon Caper Chicken

1 pkg thin-sliced chicken breasts
1 pkg thin-sliced chicken breasts
3 garlic cloves
1 cup white wine (may need a little more)
1/2 chicken boullion cube
2 tsp capers
1 lemon (use juice only)
flour/salt/ pepper





Mix flour, salt, pepper. Dust chicken with flour mixture.
Brown in a little oil and remove to a glass baking dish.
About 1 minute on each side of breast.

To the pan add your wine, crushed garlic cloves,
boullion cube, lemon juice and capers.
Bring to a boil. Then add to the chicken.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 to 45 minutes.
Check for doneness.
Great with rice and steamed carrots and green beans.
