Guy and Jen's Pancakes

2 cups flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
1/2 cup 1% Milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg beaten





All dry ingredients in bowl. Combine buttermilk, milk,
oil and egg. Add to dry mix - Smooth

1/4 cup on hot griddle.
